I'm DeAndra Giselle -
A beauty industry marketing speaker, brand strategist, and educator helping beauty brands, founders, and organizations grow beyond aesthetics and into sustainable, meaningful impact.
With 17 years in the beauty industry, an MBA in Marketing from Pepperdine University, and experience as both a tenure-track professor and marketing agency founder, I bridge the gap between creativity, strategy, and real-world execution.
I’m the Founder & CEO of DG Marketing & Consulting, a boutique agency serving minority-owned and purpose-driven beauty and self-care brands, and a full-time professor at Pasadena City College, where I teach and lead future beauty professionals and entrepreneurs.
I’ve worked with and supported initiatives alongside Pivot Point International, Keratin Complex, Small Business Development Centers (SBDC), and Women’s Business Centers (WBC)—bringing academic rigor and industry insight into every room I enter.
